Select equipment around the part you make and the next bottleneck you want to solve.

Match the component, weld geometry and access requirements before choosing the workstation.

5–30 mm reference plate · 11 process functions · 12 scan-supported joint types

Connect H-section and plate cutting with robotic welding. Start with your typical beam sections, stiffeners and weld details to choose a suitable work cell.

Plan groove preparation, root passes, filling and capping as one welding sequence. Submerged arc systems suit thick structural-steel main welds, with rail length matched to the component.

For large fixed components and varied small batches, compact magnetic-mount robots offer a flexible way to position the equipment near the weld. Installation and access are reviewed for each task.

Import the component model, locate the workpiece and simulate the spraying path before execution. Coordinate coating requirements, handling and the working envelope.
