Long web-plate and flange-plate blanks for fabricated beams.

Large-format gantry laser
A large-format laser cutting platform designed around long and wide plate stock. Bed size, laser power and production logistics are configured to the project.
How this equipment works.
A floor-rail gantry laser platform for long and wide plate stock. The catalog offers multiple bed dimensions and power levels so the cutting area can be planned around large structural-steel parts rather than standard sheet formats alone.
The gantry travels over the plate bed. Foundation accuracy, plate support and crane access form part of the installation plan. Bed dimensions and power combinations are confirmed together with the material range and required cut quality.
Find the fit for your parts.
Large base plates, gussets and structural panel blanks.
Long-format plate nests that exceed compact machine working areas.
Before choosing a configuration
Provide plate length, width, thickness and weight, plus the lifting route and foundation drawing. Catalog ranges do not imply that every size and power combination is available.
Designed for the task.
- Floor-rail gantry architecture for large work areas.
- A broad laser power range supports application-specific selection.
- Suitable for evaluating large structural-steel plate workflows.
- Foundation, loading and extraction requirements are reviewed with the layout.

Configuration reference: HNGJ Global. Ranges describe the catalog family; available combinations require technical confirmation. Parameters apply to the referenced configuration. Final scope is confirmed in the technical agreement. Robot-only figures are identified separately.
A useful brief gets a clearer proposal.
Send material grade and thickness, maximum part dimensions and weight, joint or cutting details, batch size, target output and the installation country. Describe the current process and the bottleneck you want to resolve.
Support throughout operation.
Build a service plan around your equipment, operators and installation location. The following items can be included in the agreed project scope.
Installation & commissioning
Agree checks for the foundation, machine positioning, power, gas, cooling and extraction. Commissioning can include reference-setting and sample cutting using the agreed material.
Operator training
Training can cover drawing preparation, job setup, cutting parameters, loading, unloading and routine operating checks for the selected machine.
Care & maintenance
Plan rail alignment checks, rack lubrication, gantry-drive inspection and extraction-zone cleaning, alongside cutting-head and cooling-system care.
Troubleshooting & spare parts
Share the equipment model, fault code, operating conditions and relevant photos when requesting support. Diagnosis, replacement parts and any on-site visit are coordinated for the installed configuration and project location.
Warranty & service arrangements
Warranty duration, consumable coverage, software support and response arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement. Overseas on-site work, travel costs and parts delivery are agreed for the destination.
