Large carbon-steel plate blanks with a mixed thickness range.

Laser & flame cutting
A combined laser and flame platform for projects requiring different plate-cutting processes. Select the configuration against the actual material and thickness mix.
How this equipment works.
A large-format platform combining laser and flame cutting. It brings two process choices into the equipment plan for workshops handling different plate thicknesses and edge requirements.
Determine which parts use each process from the material, thickness and finishing requirements. The project layout should account for the laser system, fuel-gas supply, extraction and heavy-sheet handling; a combined platform does not make both processes suitable for every material.
Find the fit for your parts.
Beam plates and heavy connection plates selected for laser or flame processing.
Structural plate orders combining fine-profile and heavy-plate cutting tasks.
Before choosing a configuration
Confirm material suitability for each process, required edge quality, machining allowance and the gas installation plan.
Designed for the task.
- Laser and flame process configuration.
- Long-bed format for large plates.
- Process selection by material and thickness.
- Review gas supply, extraction and loading as part of the project.

A useful brief gets a clearer proposal.
Send material grade and thickness, maximum part dimensions and weight, joint or cutting details, batch size, target output and the installation country. Describe the current process and the bottleneck you want to resolve.
Support throughout operation.
Build a service plan around your equipment, operators and installation location. The following items can be included in the agreed project scope.
Installation & commissioning
Agree checks for the foundation, machine positioning, power, gas, cooling and extraction. Commissioning can include reference-setting and sample cutting using the agreed material.
Operator training
Training can cover drawing preparation, job setup, cutting parameters, loading, unloading and routine operating checks for the selected machine.
Care & maintenance
The service plan covers the two process systems separately: laser optics and cooling, plus flame nozzles, ignition and gas-circuit inspection. Consumables are matched to each cutting process.
Troubleshooting & spare parts
Share the equipment model, fault code, operating conditions and relevant photos when requesting support. Diagnosis, replacement parts and any on-site visit are coordinated for the installed configuration and project location.
Warranty & service arrangements
Warranty duration, consumable coverage, software support and response arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement. Overseas on-site work, travel costs and parts delivery are agreed for the destination.
