Flat connection plates and base plates for steel fabrication.

Open-table fiber laser
An open single-table platform for day-to-day sheet metal cutting. Match the working area and power package to your materials, thickness and loading method.
How this equipment works.
An open, single-table fiber laser system for cutting flat sheet parts. Four working-area options let the machine fit different stock formats, while laser power is selected to suit the material and thickness mix.
The open bed gives direct access for loading sheets and collecting parts. Plan the sheet support, extraction, gas supply and handling route alongside the cutting job; the machine’s power rating alone does not determine its usable thickness range.
Find the fit for your parts.
Stiffener blanks and gusset plates cut from sheet stock.
General flat profiles and repeated sheet parts within the selected bed size.
Before choosing a configuration
Send material grade, thickness range, sheet size and a sample drawing to match bed size, power and edge-quality requirements.
Designed for the task.
- Four bed sizes cover compact parts and larger sheets.
- Open access supports material loading and part collection.
- Laser power is selected by model and cutting requirement.
- Review material grade, thickness and required edge quality during selection.

A useful brief gets a clearer proposal.
Send material grade and thickness, maximum part dimensions and weight, joint or cutting details, batch size, target output and the installation country. Describe the current process and the bottleneck you want to resolve.
Support throughout operation.
Build a service plan around your equipment, operators and installation location. The following items can be included in the agreed project scope.
Installation & commissioning
Agree checks for the foundation, machine positioning, power, gas, cooling and extraction. Commissioning can include reference-setting and sample cutting using the agreed material.
Operator training
Training can cover drawing preparation, job setup, cutting parameters, loading, unloading and routine operating checks for the selected machine.
Care & maintenance
Maintenance planning focuses on nozzles, protective lenses, cutting-bed supports, lubrication and the cooling circuit. Consumable specifications and replacement intervals follow the selected configuration.
Troubleshooting & spare parts
Share the equipment model, fault code, operating conditions and relevant photos when requesting support. Diagnosis, replacement parts and any on-site visit are coordinated for the installed configuration and project location.
Warranty & service arrangements
Warranty duration, consumable coverage, software support and response arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement. Overseas on-site work, travel costs and parts delivery are agreed for the destination.
