01 / PRODUCT OVERVIEW

How this equipment works.

An enclosed fiber laser cutting system with exchange tables for flat sheet processing. The enclosure defines the processing area, while the table arrangement helps organize the flow between sheet loading, cutting and part unloading.

Four formats cover different sheet lengths and widths. Choose the table size with your stock and batch pattern, then confirm power, extraction and the table-exchange cycle. Actual output depends on part nesting, material thickness and handling time.

02 / COMPONENT TYPES

Find the fit for your parts.

01

Batch-cut steel connection plates, base plates and stiffeners.

02

Flat panel blanks requiring repeatable profiles and hole layouts.

03

Mixed sheet-part orders that fit the selected exchange table.

Before choosing a configuration

Confirm sheet dimensions, heaviest sheet, cutting mix and the available loading space around both tables.

03 / PROCESS & CONFIGURATION

Designed for the task.

  • Enclosed processing area.
  • Exchange-table configuration for loading and cutting workflows.
  • Four model formats from 3030 to 8030 mm in length.
  • Final power and extraction configuration are selected for the application.

PREPARE YOUR ENQUIRY

A useful brief gets a clearer proposal.

Send material grade and thickness, maximum part dimensions and weight, joint or cutting details, batch size, target output and the installation country. Describe the current process and the bottleneck you want to resolve.

04 / AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

Support throughout operation.

Build a service plan around your equipment, operators and installation location. The following items can be included in the agreed project scope.

01

Installation & commissioning

Agree checks for the foundation, machine positioning, power, gas, cooling and extraction. Commissioning can include reference-setting and sample cutting using the agreed material.

02

Operator training

Training can cover drawing preparation, job setup, cutting parameters, loading, unloading and routine operating checks for the selected machine.

03

Care & maintenance

Include exchange-table drives, position sensors, enclosure interlocks, extraction and laser consumables in routine inspection and maintenance training.

04

Troubleshooting & spare parts

Share the equipment model, fault code, operating conditions and relevant photos when requesting support. Diagnosis, replacement parts and any on-site visit are coordinated for the installed configuration and project location.

Warranty & service arrangements

Warranty duration, consumable coverage, software support and response arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement. Overseas on-site work, travel costs and parts delivery are agreed for the destination.
