Steel beams and columns with exposed surfaces suitable for robotic spraying.

Intelligent robotic coating
A model-driven coating solution for structural steel. Point-laser positioning, path planning and collision simulation connect the component model to the spraying process.
How this equipment works.
A model-driven robotic spraying solution for structural-steel components. The system imports the component data, locates the workpiece and generates a spraying path that can be simulated before execution.
The configuration combines motion control, sensing and an air-mix spraying process. Coating choice, spray distance, component presentation and handling must be coordinated to meet the required surface finish. Film thickness and throughput depend on the agreed coating process and cell design.
Find the fit for your parts.
Open steel assemblies with a usable model or scan representation.
Repeated structural members requiring a coordinated surface-coating process.
Before choosing a configuration
Provide component models, dimensions, coating type and required film build, plus handling and ventilation conditions. Review concealed surfaces and any areas requiring repositioning.
Designed for the task.
- Import IFC / PCD data and generate spraying trajectories.
- Air-mix spraying with configurable process parameters.
- Online and offline process simulation.
- ERP / MES connections and spraying-length reporting.

A useful brief gets a clearer proposal.
Send material grade and thickness, maximum part dimensions and weight, joint or cutting details, batch size, target output and the installation country. Describe the current process and the bottleneck you want to resolve.
Support throughout operation.
Build a service plan around your equipment, operators and installation location. The following items can be included in the agreed project scope.
Installation & commissioning
Review the robot working area, component handling, coating supply, compressed air and ventilation. Agree sample-part trials and the coating inspection method before acceptance.
Operator training
Training can cover model import, workpiece locating, path simulation, spray-process setup and cleaning between coating jobs.
Care & maintenance
The reference material includes delivery, training and after-sales support. Agree a plan for spray-gun and fluid-line cleaning, nozzle inspection, sensor calibration and software operation, tailored to the selected coating.
Troubleshooting & spare parts
Share the equipment model, fault code, operating conditions and relevant photos when requesting support. Diagnosis, replacement parts and any on-site visit are coordinated for the installed configuration and project location.
Warranty & service arrangements
Warranty duration, consumable coverage, software support and response arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement. Overseas on-site work, travel costs and parts delivery are agreed for the destination.
