SELECTION GUIDE

What to confirm before delivery, training and after-sales support

Agree the service scope before ordering so that delivery and support match the installation location.

Put the acceptance scope in writing

Confirm the equipment list, software functions, sample component, test conditions, inspection method and handover documents. Separate factory acceptance from installation-site acceptance and agree who provides materials, utilities and lifting.

Define training and commissioning

Agree who attends training, the working language and the tasks to be demonstrated. Cover setup, normal operation, routine checks and the agreed troubleshooting scope. Confirm whether assistance is remote or on site and which costs are included.

Check warranty and spare parts

Document the warranty period, exclusions, consumables, software support, parts delivery and response arrangements. No universal warranty duration or response time is promised on this website. For service enquiries, prepare the model, serial number, fault code and a description of the operating conditions.

General selection guidance. Actual feasibility, configuration and acceptance criteria require review of your component and project conditions.
