H-section columns prepared for steel-frame assembly.

H-beam laser cutting
Dedicated H-section processing for structural-steel workflows. Evaluate the machine against your section envelope, stock length and required cutting operations.
How this equipment works.
A dedicated laser cutting platform for H-section steel. The machine is selected around section height and width, stock length and the specific cuts required before fabrication and assembly.
The reference family covers 250–1000 mm section heights and 100–500 mm widths, with two effective travel lengths. Supports and material handling are coordinated with the profile. Specific end details, holes and other features should be checked against a sample drawing.
Find the fit for your parts.
H-section roof beams and crane-girder stock within the specified envelope.
Other H-section members requiring repeatable profile-cutting preparation.
Before choosing a configuration
Provide section drawings, flange and web thickness, stock length, weight and required cut features. Confirm whether turning or additional operations are needed.
Designed for the task.
- Dedicated H-section cutting layout.
- Two effective travel lengths in the catalog.
- Profile dimensions form the basis of equipment selection.
- Match supports and material handling to the workpiece.

A useful brief gets a clearer proposal.
Send material grade and thickness, maximum part dimensions and weight, joint or cutting details, batch size, target output and the installation country. Describe the current process and the bottleneck you want to resolve.
Support throughout operation.
Build a service plan around your equipment, operators and installation location. The following items can be included in the agreed project scope.
Installation & commissioning
Agree checks for the foundation, machine positioning, power, gas, cooling and extraction. Commissioning can include reference-setting and sample cutting using the agreed material.
Operator training
Training can cover drawing preparation, job setup, cutting parameters, loading, unloading and routine operating checks for the selected machine.
Care & maintenance
Maintenance planning includes profile supports and feed mechanisms, reference-position checks, cutting-head care and the condition of guides and drives.
Troubleshooting & spare parts
Share the equipment model, fault code, operating conditions and relevant photos when requesting support. Diagnosis, replacement parts and any on-site visit are coordinated for the installed configuration and project location.
Warranty & service arrangements
Warranty duration, consumable coverage, software support and response arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement. Overseas on-site work, travel costs and parts delivery are agreed for the destination.
