Tube blanks for frame members and structural supports.

Dual-chuck tube laser
A dual-chuck laser tube cutting family with three reference configurations. Match tube section, length and weight to the selected model.
How this equipment works.
A dual-chuck laser tube-cutting family with three reference configurations. Two clamping units position the stock, while the selected chuck capacity and laser power must suit the tube’s section, length and weight.
The family provides different capacity levels for repeated tube-fabrication work. Review the clamping range, wall thickness, support arrangement and finished-part unloading before choosing a model; the listed chuck capacity is not a universal whole-machine load rating.
Find the fit for your parts.
Repeated short tube parts cut from longer stock.
Round or rectangular tube candidates, subject to confirmation of chuck and support compatibility.
Before choosing a configuration
Send cross-section drawings, wall thickness, stock length, single-tube weight and required end features for clamping and process review.
Designed for the task.
- Dual-chuck tube positioning.
- Model-dependent load and laser power choices.
- Suitable for evaluating repeatable tube fabrication tasks.
- Tube shape and wall thickness require application review.

A useful brief gets a clearer proposal.
Send material grade and thickness, maximum part dimensions and weight, joint or cutting details, batch size, target output and the installation country. Describe the current process and the bottleneck you want to resolve.
Support throughout operation.
Build a service plan around your equipment, operators and installation location. The following items can be included in the agreed project scope.
Installation & commissioning
Review machine alignment, chuck or support setup, loading space and utilities. Confirm workpiece stability and carry out sample cutting with the agreed tube specification.
Operator training
Training can cover workpiece locating, clamping or support adjustment, job setup, cutting parameters and finished-part unloading.
Care & maintenance
Inspect chuck jaws and clamping force, support rollers, feed alignment and guide lubrication. Training can include reference-setting and wear-part replacement for the selected model.
Troubleshooting & spare parts
Share the equipment model, fault code, operating conditions and relevant photos when requesting support. Diagnosis, replacement parts and any on-site visit are coordinated for the installed configuration and project location.
Warranty & service arrangements
Warranty duration, consumable coverage, software support and response arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement. Overseas on-site work, travel costs and parts delivery are agreed for the destination.
