Heavy tube stock within the selected single-tube capacity.

Chuckless heavy-duty cutting
A chuckless tube-cutting family for heavy workpieces. Review tube geometry and the loading method with the equipment configuration.
How this equipment works.
A heavy-duty tube-cutting family using a chuckless architecture. Two reference configurations provide single-tube capacities of 1.5 and 2.5 tonnes, with the support and handling arrangement selected around the actual workpiece.
This layout offers an alternative to conventional chuck-based processing for suitable heavy stock. Tube geometry, locating method and stability during cutting need to be reviewed together before an application is confirmed.
Find the fit for your parts.
Long structural tube blanks requiring a dedicated support arrangement.
Large-section tube candidates evaluated against the machine’s locating method.
Before choosing a configuration
Provide tube section, length, straightness, wall thickness and weight, together with the preferred lifting and unloading method.
Designed for the task.
- Chuckless cutting architecture.
- Two single-tube load ratings.
- 6–20 kW laser power options.
- Workpiece geometry and supports reviewed together.

A useful brief gets a clearer proposal.
Send material grade and thickness, maximum part dimensions and weight, joint or cutting details, batch size, target output and the installation country. Describe the current process and the bottleneck you want to resolve.
Support throughout operation.
Build a service plan around your equipment, operators and installation location. The following items can be included in the agreed project scope.
Installation & commissioning
Review machine alignment, chuck or support setup, loading space and utilities. Confirm workpiece stability and carry out sample cutting with the agreed tube specification.
Operator training
Training can cover workpiece locating, clamping or support adjustment, job setup, cutting parameters and finished-part unloading.
Care & maintenance
Agree inspection points for the support and locating system, feed mechanisms, guide lubrication and cutting-head calibration according to the supplied layout.
Troubleshooting & spare parts
Share the equipment model, fault code, operating conditions and relevant photos when requesting support. Diagnosis, replacement parts and any on-site visit are coordinated for the installed configuration and project location.
Warranty & service arrangements
Warranty duration, consumable coverage, software support and response arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement. Overseas on-site work, travel costs and parts delivery are agreed for the destination.
